Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AuroraFX website and any paid session you book through it, including the live webinar. By using this site or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or make a booking.

2. Who can use AuroraFX

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to book a paid session. AuroraFX is operated for users in India; if you access the site from elsewhere, you’re responsible for complying with your local laws.

3. What’s actually live today

AuroraFX is in development. As of the date above, the only paid product is the live webinar described on this site. Algorithms, the Academy, and subscription pricing are not live, are not covered by these Terms as purchasable products, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to sell them. When any of that ships, it will come with its own terms, published before you can pay for it.

4. Booking the webinar

The webinar is a one-time, paid, educational session. The price shown at checkout is in ₹ and includes access to the live session and a recording, regardless of whether you attend live. Seats are limited to the number stated on the booking page, and a booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a webinar booking for a full refund any time before we email your joining details. After that point, or if you don’t attend, the booking is non-refundable — but you still receive the recording, since every booking includes one regardless of attendance. To cancel, contact us using the details in Section 12.

6. No investment advice

Nothing on this site, in the webinar, or in any future course or algorithm is investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. AuroraFX does not act as your broker, advisor, or fund manager. Trading and investment decisions you make are yours alone — see our Risk Disclosure for more.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the site or the webinar platform; record, redistribute, or resell webinar content without our written permission; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate another person when booking.

8. Intellectual property

The AuroraFX name, site design, course materials, and webinar content are owned by us or our licensors. Booking a session gives you a personal, non-transferable right to attend and view the recording — it doesn’t transfer any ownership or right to redistribute that content.

9. Third-party services

Payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway, not stored by AuroraFXdirectly. Once the algorithm platform is live, broker connections will run through each broker’s own official API under separate terms you accept with that broker.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and webinar are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your own trading or investment decisions, including any made after attending the webinar. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops, particularly once algorithms, the Academy, and paid subscriptions go live. We’ll update the date above when we do; if a change materially affects an existing booking, we’ll tell you directly.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions, cancellations, or complaints, contact support@aurorafx.trade.
