Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains what personal data AuroraFX collects through this website and the webinar booking flow, and how it’s used. It doesn’t yet cover an algorithm-trading product or Academy account, since neither is live — a separate, more detailed policy will apply to those once they ship, covering things like broker API tokens.

2. Information we collect

When you book the webinar or contact us, we collect:

• Identity and contact details — name, email address, and phone number.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment gateway. AuroraFX does not receive or store your card or UPI details.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location from IP address, collected automatically for basic analytics.

3. How we use it

• To confirm your booking and send joining details and the recording.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To send updates about the webinar or, if you opt in, about future product launches.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet our own legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you book or opt in to updates) and, for records like payment confirmations, our legal obligation to keep them. We process it in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the third parties needed to run the service: our payment gateway (to process your booking), our email/calendar tools (to send confirmations and reminders), and basic analytics providers. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. We keep contact details until you ask us to delete them or opt out, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing updates, at any time. Contact us using the details in Section 10 and we’ll act on it without undue delay.

8. Cookies

This site uses a minimal set of cookies for basic analytics and to remember your preferences. It doesn’t use cookies for third-party advertising.

9. Children’s privacy

AuroraFX is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page as the product changes, particularly once the algorithm platform introduces broker connections. We’ll update the date above whenever we do.
